Jogil Group

  • The Jogil Group was established in early 80’s by José Olyntho Antunes de Oliveira in order to start a soybean project in the Jequitinhonha Valley (Minas Gerais State);
  • The Group has a portfolio of over 35,000 hectares (87,500 acres) of rural land in the region;
  • In seeking a balance between commercial agriculture and native forestry, Jogil hold 2,000 hectares (5,000 acres) solely dedicated to the reforestation of the rainforest;
